User Assignment

User roles

Users with the following roles can assign and unassign tags to/from employees:

  • Administrators

  • Farmers

Refer to roles for a complete list of the user roles.

Assign a tag to an employee

  1. Login with username and password or user assigned tag

  2. List of employees that have not yet been assigned a tag is displayed

    • If the list is empty, all employees have been assigned. Navigate to the online portal to add new employees.

    • If you want to see all the employees with assigned tags, toggle the switch icon in the top right of the toolbar.

  3. Click on a red NFC icon and scan a tag to assign the new tag to selected employee

Remove a tag from an employee

  1. Login with username and password or user assigned tag

  2. Close the search bar by clicking on the X in the top right corner

  3. Toggle the switch icon in the top menu to view users that have been assigned tags

  4. Click on a green NFC icon to remove the tag from the employee

Assign a tag to a user

  1. Login with username and password

  2. Click on the "Three Stripes" in the top left corner of the toolbar

  3. Click on the "Tag Icon" next to the name displayed

  4. The dialog will pop up and ask to scan tag

  5. Scan tag and click on "ok" to complete the process

Remove a tag from a user

  1. Login with username and password or user assigned tag

  2. Click on the "Three Stripes" in the top left corner of the toolbar

  3. Click on the "Tag Icon" next to the name displayed

  4. Click on "Yes" to unlink tag
